We put our holland park an investment property on the market twice,since 23/06/2014 a big name Realestate agent could not sale it, no market response to us for 60 days. Our confident been deeply hurted. We previously received Warren’s leaf let from letter box. He made a strong promise so we engaged him to be our exclusive agent. He took action fast and effective and he works hard. Sometimes he made appointment with us after working hours working hard and as a result he successfully sold it. He is a good, smart trustable agent. Warren made a dramatic difference in the selling of our home.
